The Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering has faculty specialized in Instrumentation, Digital Signal Processing, Process Control, Digital Control Systems, etc.

The Process Instrumentation lab is furnished with PID controlled flow loop, Cascade Control System & loop for determining Control valve characteristics. The Temperature PID controller is also available in the Department. The students are trained to work on the Pc based ABB & Anshuman PLC. The department is also having specialized Biomedical Instrumentation laboratory which consists of EEG, ECG, Automated BP m/c, Electro cautory machine etc and Analytical Instrumentation laboratory equipped with GC , Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, UV – VIS Spectrophotometer etc.The Department investment is about 53 Lacks for the development of these labs.
